What We Offer @ Concord Pharmacy

We fill prescriptions in a timely manner. On request, we make reminder calls to customers for their prescription pickups. We can obtain new prescriptions and/or refills from the Doctor Offices. We can transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy and get them ready for pickup.

We stock a wide variety of surgical supplies such as ostomy pouches, urinary catheters, tens units and many more. We stock  nebulizers, blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, wheelchairs, rollators, cushions, and compression hoses etc.

We carry many different over-the-counter medications for day-to-day use. We have an entire section for Dollar items. We carry greeting cards for different occasions for 2 for $1! We have a soda machine for our customer's convenience.

We offer Medication Therapy Management Services to our patients. We check medication profiles for drug interactions and compliance. We offer appropriate patient counselling in order to help patients understanding their medication therapy.
